Finding an entry-level job can be challenging, as many college students will find out after they graduate this spring. The fact that the labor market is starting to show signs of cooling down doesn’t help, but there is some good news for new grads. A new report from the employment site Indeed reveals there’s been a sharp rise in listings between September and February for dozens of job titles that pay at least $40-thousand. These are the fastest-growing job titles - the roles that are increasing in demand most - that typically require a college degree. These are the 10 best entry-level jobs with salaries of $40-thousand or more, according to Indeed:
- Outside Sales Representative - average salary $60,000
- Transportation Coordinator - average salary $47,500
- Quality Auditor - average salary $84,500
- Accounting Coordinator - average salary $52,000
- Tax Preparer - average salary $67,500
- Loan Processor - average salary $55,000
- Retention Specialist - average salary $50,000
- Network Operations Technician - average salary $85,500
- Mental Health Case Manager - average salary $42,000
- Speech Language Pathologist - average salary $60,000
