Photos: Elizabeth Hurley Dons Dazzling, Plunging Dress With Billy Ray Cyrus

Billy Ray Cyrus said he was “honored” to walk the red carpet with girlfriend Elizabeth Hurley when the couple attended the National Television Awards 2025 at The O2 Arena in London, England.

Cyrus, 64, shared photos on Instagram on Wednesday (September 10). He wrote in his caption that he was “honored to attend NTAs with Elizabeth tonight. To see the heads turn when she walks into a room or on the red carpet! The respect from her peers and fans. It’s truly amazing. So proud of her. ♥️”

“I love you!! Thank you for holding my paw ❤️🐿️,” Hurley, who celebrated her 60th birthday this year and turned heads in a shimmering chainmail dress with a plunging neckline, wrote in the comments.

Hurley’s son, Damian Hurley, 23, who also posed on the red carpet with the couple, added in a comment of his own: “Love you BRC ❤️”

Hurley and Cyrus publicly confirmed their budding romance after sharing a flirty photo together on Easter. The pair met while filming Christmas in Paradise together in 2022, and reconnected about two years later, when Cyrus was going through his divorce from singer-songwriter FIREROSE. Since then, Cyrus and Hurley have shared photos together on Instagram, many of which have garnered comments from Damian, whom Hurley welcomed with late businessman and film producer Steve Bing. She was previously married to Arun Nayar, 60, from 2007 to 2011. 

Cyrus and ex-wife Tish Cyrus, 58, whom he divorced in 2022 after nearly three decades of marriage, share Brandi Cyrus, 38, and Trace Cyrus, 36 (Cyrus adoptede them when he married their mother), Braison Cyrus, 31, Miley Cyrus, 32, and Noah Cyrus, 25. Cyrus is also a father to son Christopher Cody Cyrus, 33, from a previous relationship.
