Jana Kramer shared sweet snapshots with her husband, children and friends as the group celebrated her 41st birthday on Monday (December 2).
Kramer wrote in her caption on Instagram that turning 41 was “a perfect day relaxing day with my husband…followed by an epic surprise from my soul sisters and catchphrase …to a dinner with my babies. And the first snow fall. Thank you so much for all the birthday love today. Means so much and I appreciate yall.”
The singer-songwriter, actress, author and Whine Down with Jana Kramer podcast host admitted she feels “weird” about birthdays. Kramer said she often doesn’t “like to make it a big deal,” apart from her 40th birthday last year. She “didn’t really reply back” when her friends asked what she wanted to do to celebrate her birthday, so they showed up at her home anyway. Kramer added a special shout-out to her husband, Allan Russell, “for making today so special.”
Kramer and Russell got married in a stunning ceremony in Scotland in July. The intimate wedding included their kids, Troy, Russell’s teen son from a previous relationship, Jolie, 8, and Jace, 5, Kramer’s two children from her previous marriage, and Roman, the couple’s first child together. Roman celebrated his first birthday in November.
