New York Attorney General Suing FCC Over Net Neutrality Rollback

New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman is suing the FCC following the repeal of net neutrality rules.  The Democrat says the move will allow telecom companies to prioritize profits over customers.

Schneiderman went on to say internet service providers will be able to charge more for sites like Facebook and Twitter.  He insisted that New Yorkers deserve a free and open internet, which is threatened by the rollback.

Meanwhile, the FCC has called net neutrality rules heavy handed government overreach and micro-management.
